Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. You only pay once your order arrives at your doorstep. We also accept bank transfer for prepaid orders.
What are your delivery charges and timelines?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery charges are applied at checkout and have been revised in line with current fuel prices. Orders above ₨ 5,000 ship free.
Are your dupattas and fabrics dyeable?
Many of our pieces — including Khaddi Net dupattas and our Dyeable Plain Fabric range — are made to be dyed. You can colour them to match your outfit at any local dyer.
How should I care for embroidered and silk pieces?
For embroidered, silk and organza items we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle cold hand-wash. Avoid wringing, and iron on low heat with a cloth over the embroidery.
Can I exchange or return an item?
We offer a 7-day exchange on unused items in their original condition with tags intact. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
